That is so terrible. I used to volunteer with an animal rescue group and there are a lot of jerks out there. I really wanted to find one of these people and question them. One of the other volunteers had rescued some puppies that were put into a plastic bag and thrown into the trash. At least give the guys a fighting chance, it's bad enough that you throw them in a dump, but to throw them in a plastic bag, they were adopted. And I don't know how it was found out. My ex neighbor of an apartment I lived in 99-2001 had a ferret. She didn't want it anymore. She put the ferret in it's cage beside the dumpster. Her roommate was in a class of mine and told me about it. She drove home and Leslie (this was the girl's name) said she put it there. Brandi went over there and it was too late, the ferret had died of heat exposure.  |

That is pretty horrible. There were MANY other options.. they didn't have to do that. These things make me SOO mad. I would absolutely LOVE to do the same thing to that guy who did this!!!!!!!!!  |

We live in a disposable society, with ease one can toss their problem out the window at high speed. Now what about the kids that are abducted and murdered all the time? Don't look now but we are in serious trouble. And the smallest and most vulnerable will not be spared from this perverted society. Good post and thanks for sharing.  |

That's awful. This reminds me of a story of this one guy that owned a dog that had several puppies. He didn't want to keep the puppies, so he took them all in a bag and buried them alive. The mother dog went to the hole where her puppies where buried and tried to dig them out. Luckily a neighbor saw the dog doing this and rescued the puppies. I can't stand people who do these type of things!  |

you know, some people's blatant disrespect for animals blows my mind. my ex husband told me a story of when he was little, anytime one of their animals would become a burdon to them they would either shoot it, or theyd drive it miles from their house and just drop it off. I just dont get it!!  |

When I hear of stories like this, it really irritates me. If you don't want the animal, how hard is it to take it to a animal shelter so someone who WANTS an animal, can adopt it? Ignorant, idiotic lil..... I gotta shut up, lol.  |

thats terrible about the ferret B.Monkey. Why do people do such cruel things? If she didnt want the ferret why not try to find it a home or give it to a shelter. dont let it suffer and die slowly  |

as sad as it may be, this is nothing new... it happens all the time. people doing that, throwing a bag of puppies in a river or lake... it really is sad. i couldn't even imagine doing something like this to a puppy. i love my dogs like they were my kids...  |

that's sad. people are sick. it was time to put my cat to sleep (he got in a bad fight with a dog and his throat was tore open and he was in obvious pain) but my mom didn't want to do it alone (my brother and i were too young). She asked the neighbor (who was a nurse) if she would go with her and she said 'no' that my mom should just 'put the cat in a bag and run it over' .. yea.. sick woman. needless to say, my mom never talked to her again.  |

Yup Thats our world. Thats our lives. I was on the bus think today. What in the world could possilbly make people crazy like this. Like I mean wierd people. There was a really weird guy on the bus, kind of dorky looking but very weird and I always have a soft spot for people who just look sad, but what is causeing people to think so angry, or to think they hear voices in their heads. Is it chemicals? Is it the news? What is it?  |
