Yes it's true, hurricane dennis has downgraded to a tropical storm! But It's still dangerous so plz, plz everybody don't get cocky and stupid like I did during last years hurricanes. Still be on your gaurd, and be aware. It's supposed to turn toward the tennsee north carolinas direction, it won't be as strong,but it's still strong.
