My goodness, that's horrible! Are pit bulls still legal in the US? They've been banned in the UK for some years now precisely because fo this type of thing. Any dog over here that is proven to be a pit bull has, by law, to be destroyed.  |

I don't get it, if she was so concerned about one of the dogs why in the world would u leave your child home with it..even if it was in the basment? I'd be taking him with me instead of leaving him there..That's sad!  |

That's terrible! If the mom knew the female dog was in heat, why did she leave the male in there, too?! What was she thinking?! Common sense, people! It's sad that the boy had to die because of someone's negligence.  |
