Yes... Even though your boss is a jerk, you should always live up to your word. Afterall, if people can't trust what you say then what trust can they place in you. Just my opinion.  |

Yes, I agree with XY, even though you don't have to use her for a reference, she could possibly withold your check. Just a thought. I hope you feel better. I have had food poisoning before and it is no fun. Try to get as much rest as you can.  |

work the two weeks. Last aug. i was in the almost the same position. My manager was a total witch. she was lazy, a liar and so forth. I finally got tired of her and i put in my two weeks..even tho i couldn't stand her i stayed there..the general manager appreciated me more becuz of that..and about a month ago i got my job back there, only the manager i didn't get a long with had quit..and he realized what she was really like   |
