*Ingredients*

-Crust:

1 (18-oz.) roll Pillsbury® Refrigerated Sugar Cookies

-Filling:

1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 egg yolks

-Topping:

1 (12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips

*Directions*

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of sprayed pan to form crust. Bake at 350°F. for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix until smooth.

3. Remove partially baked crust from oven. Spoon and carefully spread filling evenly over crust. Return to oven; bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until set.

4. Remove bars from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand 3 minutes to soften. Spread chocolate evenly over top. Cool 1 1/2 hours or until completely cooled. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set chocolate. Cut into bars.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
