Unexplained Knocking

Let me start by saying this happend to me long ago and I posted it when it happend but I want to post it again. ok. I was sitting in my room talking on the phone to my girlfriend. the tv was off and so was everything but the light. i had just gotten home from town.i was sitting on my bed on the phone when all of a sudden three knocks sounded on my window from the outside. just as someone would knock if they wanted youre attention.( like a regular knock) i immediately jran in the front without saying or thinking.(fear reflex) and told my dad about what had happend. he dismissed it as nothing as he always would but i made him do something. now my window is far too high for anyone to reach and to knock so fluent and perfect would be near impossible. my dad brought me outside to look around the yard and we found nothing. just after, my friend called me and iat first i thought it was him but he was nowhere around my town at the time. it was the first direct haunting i was to experience other than a sense that i wasnt alone. in my house i regularly have feelings that something is watching me, like now. and the knocking really proved that. it was so freaky. i usually dont post things so hectically and usually take time to use correct grammar, puctualization and capitzlization but right now i gotta just try to type as fast as i can... tell me what you think the knowcking was about. and by the way it happend some time between 10-12 at night.
