I like to walk alone at night
To feel the silence surround me
I like to walk in bare feet
To feel the grass beneath me

I like to kiss his lips
To feel the warmth they bring me
I like to hold him close
To feel his body against me

Sometimes I wonder what's real
Whether or not I'm living in a dream
I go through my days weightless
I'm surreal, or so it would seem

A fog clouds my mind
Will it never go away?
There's so much I want to tell you
If only you would stay

You seem to read my mind
But the hidden things are hard to find
You think you know what I'm all about
But it's hard to know when you're so blind

Sweep me off my feet
Kiss me time and time again
Hold me close, don't let me go
Don't lie, don't steal, don't pretend

I'm sleepwalking through my life
Will I never awaken?
You may not have my heart yet
But my soul you have mercifully taken
