How are they going to know if the dogs are walked 3 times a day? I think dying a dogs fur is silly but if it doesnt hurt the animal whats the big deal?  |

Lol...yeah, DMK, what are they going to do, set cops up to moniter every person's house that owns a dog to make sure it gets walked 3 times? i kind of agree with the one about the animal modification, however, i always felt so bad for the puupies that have to get their ears cropped and tails docked to fit a show standard-even if they're not going to be in dog shows! -asylem_supastar  |

lmbo! wow, what are they gonna come up with next? City Council going to regulate what kind of food the dogs eat and elect one as their mayor or something? sheesh. It would probably be one of those things where if a neighbor hates another, he/she's got something to hold over another. Sounds like a money making scheme to me. Good ol government  |

I think people should walk their dogs at least 3 times a day. I know people who leave their dogs inside all day while they work then ignore them the rest of the evening after they get home. I don't see how they can actually enforce this though. I also think it's horrible to dye a dog's fur. I've been told that it doesn't hurt them, but I think it's cruel...it can't be much fun for them. Just my opinion...what do I know? lol  |
