Awww, Waldo I have the same problem. I practice and practice but when I get up there my face gets red, etc. Just try not to think about it and focus on your info.. Dont tell yourself youll mess up. *hugs*  |

thanks little jung*hug*..I never do but I still get nervous. Eh I guess being done already 2 times I shouldn't be nervous..jsut hope my info is good as I'm writing the speech now lol  |

Good luck, Shorts! I'll give you my number one tip for public speaking (besides a lot of practice!) Wear tennis shoes and while you're giving your speech wiggle your toe inside your shoe instead of some other movement. That way no one can see it and you'll still get your nerves out. Don't sway back and forth, but do look up often and speak slowly and carefully and be sure to articulate. I had to say "gastroesophogeal reflux disease" in a speech once and I totally nailed it You'll do fine.  |
