I dont think you should ever have 'alone- in- the- store- time' I've worked at fast food places and being there alone was never even considered. Even the night shift had more than one person in the store. Not a good idea on your managers part.  |

LOL I work at a fast food place now and we get some of the rudiest customers.. LOL They put me in the drive thru by myself sometimes~ that means i take orders, take money, and get food, and people complain and complain that I'm not fast enough, yell at me etc... LOL I just ignore it... One day this guy was just cursing, and cursing, and I paid him no attention at all.. LOL I'm sooo used to it now, it don't bother me! But this one girl who is new started crying when one women was yelling at her.. Customers can be soo rude sometimes!  |

I know the feeling! I have customers that call in their to go orders, then when they get to the window, that's when they decide to tell me they have a coupon for some free queso or something. I could've already had it in the bag. And it seems like they do those things only when I'm busy. Or they'll call and want to know the prices for about 100 things, when I'm busy! -GreenClover  |

I know they used to tell us the customer is always right, and I understand the idea behind it, but the customers shoud realize that they need to be just as courteous as the people helping them. I had some real whoppers at the movie theater. One lady's kids went to the ice cream place across the street after their movie, and when she came back to pick them up (they were still gone), she told me she was going to CALL THE COPS ON ME for NOT WATCHING HER KIDS. That was the first and only time I ever saw red flashes... -Beags  |

I work at a customer service centre, and as a Supervisor I have taken my fair share of "difficult" customer calls. Man sometimes they are so rude and ignorant you just want to tell them to grow up! LOL  |

I feel for you! I work at Kmart and have to deal with customers like that all the time. It never gets easier, I just stopped taking it personally. I could care less about their bad attitudes! You know you did your best to try to help them and that's all that matters. Good Luck!  |

Ick, I hate having those types of customers. I remember having this one customer throwing a fit because the fitting room wouldn't allow her to try on some underwear. She wanted to see if they looked good for her. At our store, you're not allowed to try on underwear, even if it's over your underwear.  |

A couple years ago, a little girl died in front of our store so we had to close down the whole store. Customers kept trying to come into the store and we kept telling them that they can not come in because of what happened. Customers threw a bit fit about that. I mean, Hello!! A little girl just died and we have the caution tapes around the front of the store...*shakes head* |

I work at an Ice cream shop. As the supervisor I am the one that must take care of all of the mean customers. I have one that comes in and orders a large chocolate frozen yogurt for his wife. Our normal large cup hold about 12 ounce of yogurt(way to much to eat in one sitting if you ask me) But this guy gets mad and by the time you have filled it to his satisfaction, it probably weighs about 20 ounces..but my boss told me to honor his wishes and give him what he wants because he is a really mean man. Then he complained when prices went up! WHAT A JERK LOL  |

i hate rude customers! i would never be rude to anyone that will have anything to do with my food cause i have heard stories about what some people do to the rude people's food!!  |
