Hi all, I have a quick question... Heres the deal... I have been payin on my phone bill through cingular its (700.00) hah yeah... but I'm paying it off..of course my phones been shut off since like June but was wondering if I went through Sprint or T-mobile if they'd actually approve me to go through them for a cell phone plan.... I doubt Cingular will let me reactivate my account after I get them paid off... I was unemployed so of course I didn't pay the bill and of course the phone got shut off... But I am employed...and actually like my job (haha imagine liking a job at Taco bell) LOL... I make pretty good money..so I know I can afford it... So do you think Sprint or T-mobile would approve me of a Phone plan? I wanted some feed back before I go and ask them myself, I really don't want to look dumb! :) Thanks guys and gals!

Date: 2/24/2005 7:34:00 PM  From Authorid: 61977    Sprint sucks....I wish I had T-Mobile again. If I was you I would go through T-Mobile or Verizon. I currently have Sprint..Just my opinion though. :P

Date: 2/24/2005 8:00:00 PM  From Authorid: 48689    I have Verizon, and I haven't had a single problem with them yet. Also, they get the best service in my area.
Date: 2/24/2005 10:20:00 PM  From Authorid: 63042    DON'T GET SPRINT!!! i wish i could tell the whole world that!! i had them and they tried to say i owed them $400 when i had, 2 days earlier, paid my bill in full. i cancelled my service, and signed up with T-Mobile (even with the outstanding $400 Sprint bill). i've been very happy with T-Mobile for over 2 years. Meanwhile, in the months after, Sprint ended up stealing $200 out of my checking account by using an unauthorized check number, which i filed a fraud report on and won all my money back-but that's another story.
Date: 2/25/2005 6:38:00 AM  From Authorid: 62675    I was told directly from a Sprint employee, they do not report to credit agencys and their maximum down payment is like 200 that you get back after a year. You should try them.
Date: 2/25/2005 6:40:00 AM  From Authorid: 62675    I just read all the replys I have never had a problem with sprint. I am sure there are horror storys from any company though
Date: 2/25/2005 6:54:00 AM  From Authorid: 62881    A lot of the phone companies do credit checks, charge deposits and/or puts a limit as to how high the bill can go if your credit is less-than-perfect.
Date: 2/25/2005 6:58:00 AM  From Authorid: 62881    I have used Sprint and when I was laid off I had the phone turned off. Later I went to Cingular and stayed with them till the contract ran out then went back to Sprint. I have never had a problem with Sprint. Sprint had a clearer line and the reception was better.
Date: 2/25/2005 3:26:00 PM  ( Admin-FA )   I like Verizon, its really good. His phone is nice also.
Date: 3/8/2005 11:35:00 AM  From Authorid: 35825    I reccomend T-Mobile...most of my family uses that company and they've never had any problems..I use Cingular....but I had a VERY BAD experience with Verizon so....there ya go!
