The only advice I can give you is to keep exercising and watch what you eat. I wish there was a quick fix. I need to lose a lot more than 15 lbs myself. |

cut down on the size of your meals, leave off anything fatty, and exercise....you'll get there hun....and the problem you say you have with your thighs could be genetic hun, if its your natural build you will not change the shape.....good luck hun....hugs |

I try to stay away from all sugars and flours, hyperglycemic foods and do not drink juices but eat the fruit itself. I drink around 32 to 64 ounces of water everyday. I also exercize at least 30 minutes every day low impact style. It's worked for me so far. I lost over 150 pounds this way in a year. Good luck. |

LOL Not THAT kinda joint party....whoa! LOL Penny-Im Hypoglycemic, so I gotta eat a lotta food with "sugar" (considered sugar after the body processes it) in them and drink juice 24/7 (quick dose of sugar when my blood sugar drops) otherwise I'd stay away from the sugars and carbs. Bubbles, as I recall, you've had some problems with an eating disorder, so you have got to be careful. I've seen your pictures here, and I can tell you're one of those skinny types who thinks she's chubby. I strongly suggest you don't try to diet or even think about losing weight, but rather concentrate on exercising and eating healthy. Do 30 minutes of exercise a day (cardio and weights) and try to cut out the junk food while making sure you get enough fruits and veggies, and don't forget to eat breakfast. If you keep up the exercise, you will firm up and lose some fat (though you might not even lose weight. Doesn't matter. Losing fat is what counts.). The results should be more pleasing to you. |
