I Want To Lose 15lb...Where Do I Start? ~*Got Bubbles?*~

Hey everyone, I have my swim suit hanging on a hook in my room to remind me of what I wanna wear this summer. My problem is, Im very self concious about my body and looks. I dont like the way I look in a bikini, so Im gonna start early this year, to make sure I look the way I want by summer. Im planning a sweet 16 joint party for my best friend and I and there's no way Im gonna be prancin around in a lil binki when I think I look bad. So here's the deal...I wanna lose 15 lb...but I dont know where to start. I excercise a lot and think I have an OK figure, but Im working on making my "love handles" look more like a smooth curve, which doesnt look that hard. But my next problem is my thighs n my bottom. I have a natural problem with my thighs. I excercise and work em n work em n they stay the same. Which causes a problem with me buying shorts. I cant buyy shorts my size. They gotta be a size bigger, which makes them not fit in the waist.

Where do I start? All help is greatly appreciated :-D

I drink around 32 to 64 ounces of water everyday. I also exercize at least 30 minutes every day low impact style. It's worked for me so far. I lost over 150 pounds this way in a year. Good luck.

LOL Penny-Im Hypoglycemic, so I gotta eat a lotta food with "sugar" (considered sugar after the body processes it) in them and drink juice 24/7 (quick dose of sugar when my blood sugar drops) otherwise I'd stay away from the sugars and carbs. Thanx so much everyone!!!

I've seen your pictures here, and I can tell you're one of those skinny types who thinks she's chubby. I strongly suggest you don't try to diet or even think about losing weight, but rather concentrate on exercising and eating healthy. Do 30 minutes of exercise a day (cardio and weights) and try to cut out the junk food while making sure you get enough fruits and veggies, and don't forget to eat breakfast. If you keep up the exercise, you will firm up and lose some fat (though you might not even lose weight. Doesn't matter. Losing fat is what counts.). The results should be more pleasing to you.
