Here's a sad, but true story - from the bible it came

Was a chosen disciple - tho' I mention no name

He planned with the counsel a pact reached that day

Thirty Pieces Of Silver - was the price they would pay.

And His rainment of purple - showed the blood stains of red.

I first heard this song as a very young child around age 3 and it made me cry then as it does now. ESP Chick wrote a poem (http://www.unsolvedmysteries.com/usm408671.html) and made me remember this old favorite and I hope you will like it too. I only wish I could hear it with the music...
