basic chemistry will tell you that is not possible. so A. the test was wrong on one parent, B. the test wrong on the child. or C. one the parent's isnt a biological parent. - Typo Demon  |

IT's possible... O type is represented as ii and A can be AA or Ai so you could have an O type from an A and an O. Same with RH, you could have Rh+Rh+ or Rh-Rh- so assuming one parent is iRh+iRh- and the other is ARh-iRh+ you have iRh-iRh-...  |

I thought that Type O was the universal blood type so I would have been worried if the child had B and neither parent matched.  |

nope, negative is recessive, so if you had 2 negative parents, it is impossible to have a positive child, but 2 positives can produce a negative.  |

I dont know how they can say its not possible. My dad is 0 my mom is A postive, four of us kids are A postive like mom and sister sam is 0 like my dad. And I KNOW she is his kid as she looks just like him.  |
