This is my first year with an actual valentine tho he's just a real good friend.. we are throwing caution to the wind and having a good time this valentines day.. so far i've gotten teh roses a teddy bear and balloon and a sweeeeeet card.. and a yummmmmmy dinner at red lobster.. tomorrow he's taking me out to eat again and then a movie.. then monday he's said its a suprise so i dunno yet lol  |

i just hope he doesn't catch whatever it is i have *prays its not strep throat tho it prolly is* lol i tried to stay home but he wouldn't let me told me he didn't care if he got sick he was going to show me what Valentines day is all about.. i feel so special lol sick but still so very special :P |

My husband and I have nothing planned. He worked today, and today was the first Saturday I had off in weeks, and I slept half the day away. When he got home from work, we went grocery shopping. He did buy me a pair of jammies though..told me they were for valentines day..LOL..I love jammies so its all good. They are cute. They have a boy and girl monkey on the front and they are kissing..LOL  |

If if makes you fel any better my husband has always disliked Valentine's Day and refuses to celebrate it. So I am not single but am still not getting a Valentine. lol Unless I make him, but that's no fun. I remember how you feel though. I always told myself it's just another day.... ((hugs))  |

Valentines Day is the first valentines day where I'm actually going to be with someone. For some reason my relationships always ended before V-day. Besides all that, this Valentines day is extra special because it's also our 1 year anni. since we started dating. I told my fiancee not to get me anything, BUT if he does, I told him there is this computer desk for about $30 I've been wanting so there could be more room in the bedroom.  |

I'm not into sappy movies, but "Girl Interrupted" was shot right here in my hometown. I noticed all the streets and the bridge in the background at one point, and the state hospital where I've dropped off donations. Many of the scenes were shot there. I also live near the place "Witness" was shot at, and also "Lucky Numbers" with John Travolta. In fact, the restaraunt where he eats a lot in the movie is almost in my backyard---just two minutes from my house. But I digress. Yea, I'm here by myself too.  |

My hubby and I plan to go out to eat at a fancy resturant after I get off work and probably see a movie afterwards. We're going to be borrowing my mother in laws sports car...lol. I also got some goodies for my brother and two friends. A teddy bear and a mixed bag of candies for the each of them. I'm also handing stuff out to a few of my coworkers.  |

valentine's day, bah...been over three years' single life for me, & tho by&large i don't mind it, it'd be cool to hang out w/an offline-someone on occasion; i've come to realize committed relationships & i just don't play nice together tho-- it's not in my nature to be a half of a whole --& so it makes little sense for me to wish for something i know i really don't want. but that's moo. hope y'alls luck changes, for those who want it to. cheers,  |
