Depends. $10 seems reasonable at a restaurant. For pizza, I would say about 2-5 |

a couple bucks at most, for the pizza. The delivery guy already makes a regular wage. I sorta agree with Lighthouse though-- I'm already paying an exhorbant amount for the pizza, and I'm paying a delivery charge... why am I expected to tip for someone leaving a box at my door? |

I never order pizza, so I don't ever have to tip. But when I get my hair cut, I usually tip the hairdresser $10. She's a friend of the family, too, so it's only polite. |

depends on the price, I don't have a standard tip amount. For a pizza, say its $15.78 after tax, I would make a check for $19.00. Dinning out, if the bill comes to $45.60, I would make it for $60. I tip well. - Typo Demon |

OH for the pizza when I order, having been a driver, Store Manager, and General Manager. I know what drivers make. Also The delivery charge does not all go to the driver. I worked for Papa John's (no charge for Delievery) we gave the drivers 0.15% of their total amount delivered for mileage. - Typo Demon |

back when i delivered pizza I liked tips of at least $2. Pizza guys go through a lot sometimes lol... like I was in lightning storms and I thought I was going to be killed... it was sad when I got stiffed then. Mostly I got tips between $2-$5. I ussually tip them 2 or 3. Resturants it depends on how much we spend. The 15% rule is pretty good though. If there are a lot of us we all give a couple bucks each. |

I tip 25% of the total cost of the bill I am given by the waitress. I then add an extra bit for the disposition of the waitress/waiter, how good the meal was served, friendliness, not having to wait on another cup of coffee, the conversation the wait staff held with my table gathering, Lol.. and that amount varies on top of the 25% according to how I felt the service was that I recieved. My highest tip was 45.00 once, on top of the 25% of the total bill. I gave a benefit for a friend and we had reservations at a elite club restaurant. There were 8 of us in that party. That waitress walked into a tip that went over 150.00 that night, with the additions of the other guests that added to it. She was awesome and deserved every bit of it (-: The reason I tip so much is because all my younger years, my Mother was a waitress and I know first hand what she went through all the time, good and bad days. I learned from her the many times you have to paint on a happy front to do your job. I applaud anyone who can do that line of work, they are all blessed in my opinion, so I can have a lazy night for a change. I am an extravagant tipper, always have been... |

Depends on how much money I have. I usually tip pizza guys $2-$4. Since I work in a restaurant and know what it's like, I try to tip more than 15%, unless I just dont have much money to leave more. -GreenClover |

LOL! Icy Sparks! My mom left a tip of 2 dollars once when we went out to dinner. The witness was terrible. It took her 20 to 30 minutes to get our bill and she did not even get our order right and she was no where to be found so we ate anyways. |

It depends on how nice the waitress is, hos much money I have, and what the ticket comes to. Although some places I am a regular, and have 2 waitresses that I've grown rather close to, so they always get a good tip. |
