I've always said, if someone doesn't what I'm wearing, then I encourage them to look elsewhere. (((PrissieHuggzz))) |

It is still sexual harrassment. Isn't it rape if you wear suggestive clothes and you get attacked? Was it her fault for wearing that?? Absolutly not even though some use that for their defense which is sick! |

I agree Sunni...there is thinking before you speak. And, I am not talking about Erin Brockovich, here. Even though she got implants, they are pretty conservative people. |

if you wear sexauly suggestive clouthing you tend to get comments like that, It seems a bit ahrd to define sexaul harrasment these days some peopel would consider what happened to her sexaul harrasment, others would not. I dunno it really depends on the indvidaul really, by law it dose classifi by sexaul harrasment. even though men do not really have a right to harrase women even if they are nude it is still a good idea not to try and atract to much attnetion by wearing tiny clouth though somtimes because it can jsut give men the wrong Idea. |

Why do women get implants? To give plastic surgeons something to do? To fill out that oversized bra they bought on a clearance sale and can't return? To provide shade for their belly button? Better aerodynamics when roller blading? |

All that being said any guy with common sense knows you don't go around to women at work say things like "Nice headlights", even if they poke you in the eye. |

I don't think anyone should say rude things like that. People do have the right to wear clothing like that. So let's say tomorrow I go out in shows the very bottom of my stomach. That doesn't mean that a guy can come up to me and say anything to me. |

I am also appalled. THere is noe excuse for that. If a man wore tight pants, women would not say "Nice package"..why should they be allowed to degrade anyone |

lol I go to a very old fashioned church where most of the women wear dresses below the knee. I wear mine a couple or so inches above the knee and to some people i am a Jezebel. I just happen to think I am blessed with okay legs and feel i should not hide them. If someone says something about it I just say thanks and go on my way laughing. |

you women are such pervs. A guy says "Nice headlights" and automatically you think he is referring to apart of you body and not your car... Could your egos possibly get any bigger??? |

Well working in HR she should know the 'rules/laws' about this kind of thing. anyway, it is illegal and she can report him but if she is new to the job she may not want to stir up trouble. I'd consider sending the guy an email telling him what he said was inappropriate and made her feel unfortable, that she wouldnt act this time but if it happens again she'll be advising her boss or the appropriate person. Make sure she prints out the sent email (and his reply if he does) for evidence if something should happen in the future |

LOL @ Eddo...behave!!!! lol!! no seriously, no one whether male or female has the right to discuss any part of the human anatomy with lewd comments like that, even if one thinks of it, they should keep their comments to themselves....hugs |

I think this comment would only be OK if they were friends or done in a nonsexual manner ya know. like as a joke. however this was not the case. The comments about that it was her fault disgust and sicken me. it is sexual harrassment! Even if she went to work with a seethrough top on and a bra it still gives no one the right to make sexual comments like that towards her. I mean if he was really impressed there were otherways to express it you know? Geeze I'd say she should confront the guy and ask him not to make comments. If he still continues then make a formal ccomplaint. Ghost-chick |

Hey GC...the wife didn't even know him at all...she is a new employee in their HR dept. I have male co-workers and we talk to each other like that all the time. It is fun and silly, and none of us mean anything by it. We are careful no one else hears our silly fun, though. |

I don't think it matters so much what the person is wearing. People shouldn't be looking at her like that, and should keep his comments to himself. |

I am sorry, but I agree with your friend and the others. First she has implants and second, she was wearing revealing clothing..if you ask me, she wanted that kind of attention if she got implants in the first place. She should take it as a compliment and leave it at that. |

Sounds to me like if she got the implants she wants the attention that goes with them. However, this man is a pig and shouldnt saw something like that to a woman he works with! At least if it were in a bar she could have gotten nasty back. |
