Oh it was a story I looked forward to telling our son and our grandkids. Unfortunalty he is a well I can't say here but he has some serious mental problems. I friend and I went to shoot pool and as we were leaving these guys in a truck started make cat calls and stuff. I put my nose in the air at them and got into her truck. But as we were going to drive away I decided to play and winked at them and made kissy face things at them. well they followed us!!! They pulled up next to us at a light and asked if we wanted to go for coffee (we were all under 21 so no drinks lol). It was love at first sight!! I would not change a thing. At least for the first 18 months!! I don't do things like that anymore! |

Yep that is right!! But I prefer it cause his dad is mentally abusive to women and a cheater and wmanizer just like his dad and I refuse to let my son grow up to be like that!! If he ever starts to act like that I don't know what I would do! I wouldn't change a thing trust me and my friends still agree it is a great way we met! Just a shame he snapped in his head!! |

Awesome! I met my hubby through my best friend, Hope. I was over at her house and he came walking in... the rest is history. LOL! My dad married my mom while he was in the army after he and his high school sweetheart broke up. They were married for 15 years and when they divorced and he moved back to Ohio, he met back up with his HS sweetheart and they got married after all of these years. I thought that was pretty cool. |

I met my boyfriend at a bar. We had both gone to be the sober driver for our friends. I had gone up to the back bar to get a soda and made a comment on the fact there was no foot bar. Then he agreed and we started talking. |

My mom and dad met when he came to do telephone work at her place of employment. The second day he came in, went up to her and said "So when are going to go get coffee?". He proposed when they went for that coffee and will celebrate 36 years of marriage on Valentines day. |

I was coming from basic training, he was being transfered from Hawaii and we were both inprocessing at Ft. Bliss, Texas. We hung out and talked over 3 days, one day he just wasn't there, he had been sent to his unit. I didn't give it much thought to be honest. Turned out we were in the same unit, just different companies, we next saw each other in the chow hall, he couldn't remember my first name so he called me Private. Oh so romantic. |

we first met through mutal friends when we were 15 --- i had a crush on his best friend and then my current rocked up and i was like "Oh La La!" what a hottie! But he knew that he was good looking and 'cool' (like most 15 year old boys!) and i didnt have much to do with him. Then we ran into each other at another mutal friends 21st birthday party 5 years later over the beer keg (now thats one to tell the kids!) and the rest is history. Never been happier in my life - 2 1/2 years later we have brought a house together and have a 10 week old puppy |

I worked as a waitress and he came in about a year later, just for something to eat, he had just come in from texas. Then when our manager got fired, he came to work as the manager of the cafe. We have been married for 14 years but together for 15 years. The funny thing is I met him when I was 15, just couldnt remember his name. LOL Then the really weird thing is my sister when she was 15 was dating this boy, then we moved to utah and they broke up. They got back together when she got a call from Oakland VA hospital because Richard had his legs blown off in nam and wanted carla. So she went up there, but they still didnt get together until 20 years later. During that twenty years, my husband and my sisters husband knew each other and were best friends. They both came to california around the same time, I hooked up with him, she did with richard and it was just kind of neat to find out that eddie and richard had been best friends for 20 years. It helps them liking each other at family functions, LOL. OH and then richards brother whom my other sister use to date in 7th grade came to utah and re met my sister and they got married. Of course bad news 2 years after they were married he died in a car accident. But it was really neat for a while we three sisters having husbands that actually liked each other. |

I met mine at school my Freshman year, we were really good friends for almost 2 years, I liked him, and he liked me, but I thought he was WAY too hot to want to date me, and oddly enough he thought the same about me, then one night while on the phone with him and another female friend, we got to talking, and admitted that we both liked eachother, and ended up talking until 3 that next morning lol. We've been together for over a year now |

My first memory of Roger was the first day of high school and he was new to our school and he was chucking corn flakes all over the back of the bus and me turning to Serina and saying "Ewwww look at that freak!" LOL We didn't actually meet for some months later, when my best friend across the street from me introduced us. Roger says his first memory of me was me sitting on the trunk of Dads 56 Chevy in the yard playing my flute LOL My dad would get tired of hearing me and banish me to the yard with "that .....flute! should've never bought that ....... thing!" LOL But yeah...by 11th grade we were madly in love and got married. Almost 12 years now and we still are... awwwwww lol |
