PIZZA DIP

3/4 pound bulk Italian pork sausage

1/3 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped

1/4 cup ketchup

1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 baguette French bread, cut into 56 thin slices

In 10 inch skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pepperoni, ketchup and pizza sauce.

Spray 1 1/2 to 3 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon sausage mixture into slow cooker. Stir in cheese.

Cover and cook on LOW setting 2 to 3 hours.

Stir dip before servings. Serve with bread slices.

28 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 2 bread slices each)
