I went
Walking down the street
Straight into the
Lack of you.

It left your impression
deep in the pores
of
My skin;
Now I shudder when the wind
blows.

The blue moon is wasted.

I want this
sting
to last;
A tribute to your sweetest dying wish.

Date: 1/11/2005 4:12:00 AM  From Authorid: 21435    I've always been taken by the term "blue-moon." I actually thought the moon would turn blue. Maybe someday it will. Hello, Anabel God! Do you know how good it feels to write those words? Great to read you, lady. Thanks for the words and Write on....
Date: 1/11/2005 6:12:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34775    Thank you, Sir Phae, I had the most wonderful inspiration for this that a person could have...I am so glad that the thought was conveyed.
Date: 1/11/2005 6:18:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34775    I love blue moon, too, Kronk. the song...the two words together...and sometimes I can see it from here, how the moon has just a pale shade to it on certain nights. My great grandpa's favorite song was "Carolina Moon"...as my great grandmother's name was Caroline... Thank you for not giving up on me, and for always reading!
Date: 1/11/2005 6:39:00 AM  From Authorid: 46320    Love that knows no bounds... This was great Anabel, and I have to echo Kronk here, it is great seeing you around again. Be Good...
Date: 1/11/2005 7:26:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34775    Thank you, American Girl. You don't know how good it feels to be able to post something. It's been a long while.
Date: 1/11/2005 7:48:00 AM  From Authorid: 4548    lol i'm not so sentimental today because of the hassle i have to deal with, but oddly enough "zero" by smashing pumpkins was on while i read this. and that's one thing i can attest to, emptiness IS loneliness. i never knew him, but i miss him, too.
Date: 1/12/2005 7:01:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34775    yeah...I don't think I've written anything that's been more true to my feelings. Thanks, Jez.
Date: 1/12/2005 8:03:00 PM  From Authorid: 10245    Amazing, Ana. I've missed your work. It's good to channel your pain into something visible. He misses you, too.
Date: 1/12/2005 10:30:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 34775    It seems so unfair to be apart from someone that is a real part of you...but I know that he is happy somewhere knowing that I can write a bit again. He was a continual encourager of my writing...even though he said that he "didn't get poetry". He really did, though... Thanks for reading, Merc.
Date: 1/20/2005 2:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 28946    What can be said that hasn't been? Your writing is so full of emotion. I like this one.
