If the shoe fits---NKA

Dates are a really interesting thing. Dates can tell a whole story with just numbers. Yes, really interesting. Whilst in the midst of an argument; often times, things are said, blah, blah. The point (one of a couple here) is that I don’t feel sorry for how I EVER felt. I know every feeling I have ever felt is justified in one way or another. That is not to say it is right but why justify the definition of justification? Moving along… Things change over time. I find that with time and patience I can almost always forgive. Now, the time in between the betrayal and forgiveness is austere, to say the least. When I am angry; I rarely fail to let the world know. When I am treated unfairly; I almost always shout it to the stars. I know I use derogatory words to express my feelings but hey, don’t we all?

So if the shoe fits; shouldn't you wear it? Seriously, you can always get new shoes. Why not just accept responsibility for the things that you do to provoke people? It's all about actions and reactions. Yep, that is what it is all about. This has nothing to do with the good cybertzens of USM but more of a discussion about responsibility and that if you do something to hurt someone; it is silly to expect them to ignore it and act as if you are right as rain. It is also a discussion about timing and forgiveness and heck, whatever else may or may not pertain to it all... Nice to see you all:)

Date: 1/9/2005 9:46:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    To add something else. It reqally irritates me when someone hurts you and you tell them or say something about it and they then decide to punish you for talking about it. That, right there, is usually worse than what was originally the problem.
Date: 1/9/2005 9:48:00 PM  From Authorid: 62893    Great Post!! Some of the things you said should really be put to use. Misty
Date: 1/9/2005 9:50:00 PM  From Authorid: 62893    I just read my comment, I hope I did not sound rude. I just ment that some of the USMer's should take your advice.MIsty

Date: 1/9/2005 10:39:00 PM  From Authorid: 16671    Dont make excuses for your crappy writing, Why not just accept responsibility that YOUR fingers did it and move on? LOL, just kidding great post.
Date: 1/9/2005 11:33:00 PM  ( Admin-FA )   Good post NKA
Date: 1/10/2005 1:16:00 AM  From Authorid: 28946    Hey NKA, how you doing? You wrote a pretty deep and meaningful post. Good job.
Date: 1/10/2005 2:38:00 AM  From Authorid: 30229    GREAT post here!!! Sometimes I get in a position that I dont WANT the shoe to fit, but the dang thing does, heehee... Thanks for sharing, this is kind of deep
Date: 1/10/2005 5:18:00 AM  From Authorid: 58308    Awesome post, NKA. Really nice to see ya!!!
Date: 1/10/2005 6:08:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    LMAO@FB. You really would have to see me try to type on this mini board. It is actually somewhat funny. Like I was saying to some other people; as if I wasn't a typo queen on a normal keyboard; watch out now...
Date: 1/10/2005 6:09:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    thanks, FA and Got Mike.
Date: 1/10/2005 6:09:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    Hey, Penny! Long time, no see. How are you doing? I missed seeing you.
Date: 1/10/2005 6:11:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    and there goes my typo string... GAIL...there, I typed it right!
Date: 1/10/2005 6:11:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    Gairl, I can absolutely relate to what you said. There are many times that I would have preferred to forget the nasty things I have done but you know, they seem to be much more forgiveable and forgettable once you own up to it and move on. At least, that is how it has been in my experience.
Date: 1/10/2005 6:12:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    Hiya, Zeebs! Nice to see you, too! You don't come by the other place anymore.
Date: 1/10/2005 6:53:00 AM  From Authorid: 42703    Good post,inspiring read.Thanks for sharing.
Date: 1/10/2005 7:03:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    hiya there, Jimmy! Long time, no see.
Date: 1/10/2005 10:06:00 AM  From Authorid: 16671    wow, no way could I use a mini board, I make enough mistake on the big one. Cause I have short fat fingers, LOL. part of my Indian heritage. Oh but did I get the thick hair??? Swear word, swear word, NO!!
Date: 1/10/2005 11:46:00 AM  From Authorid: 21435    No regrets? I'll buy that, NKA. I don't usually feel bad about things I've said. "If" I really feel bad about something, I'll try to make ammends (at least once, anyway) and then move on and away. Interesting. Now to your poetry, which is what I really love. Write on....
Date: 1/10/2005 12:36:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    I have average fingers but long fake nails, LOL.
Date: 1/10/2005 12:37:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42792    kronk, I think sometimes, in certain situations, it isn't even necessary to try to apologize. If I really don't feel sorry for something then why should I lie and say I am sorry?
