Sur5r I work in activities in a nursing home. I love working with the residents. I get to play games with them, read to them, and even just talk with them. The only problem is some of the planned activities are boring and many residents will not take part. I want to plan some new and different ideas. So others will join in. But the supervisor is lackluster to say the least. Many of the residents have complained about the same old games and events but when nothing changes they stop coming.
