This very cold night; this night after Christmas.
The gifts have been opened and good will shown toward men. Our duty is done.
But on this night, this very cold night. This night after Christmas, I think of the homeless, shivering in the dark outside our lit houses. I think of the hungry and despairing; the victims of natural and man made disasters. I think of those in pain: physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. I think of those who are grieving and missing loved ones who've passed away. I think of those who've lost faith.
I wish for all of them hope. I wish for them the strength for improvement and peace in their hearts and souls. I wish for them to see a glimmer of hope and a hand to hold when they most need it.
And I wish the same for you, USM.
Have a merry *every* day...including Christmas.
