Has anyone seen the short films in this anthology? Or better yet read them. They usually show them sometime during the holiday season.This is a very old "movie short" consisting of 4 or 5 short moviettes including 'The Last Leaf" "The Cop And The Anthem" The Ransom Of Red Chief" and "The Gift Of The Magi" I love all of them and have watched and read them many many times. I even read "The Gift Of The Magi" for a Christmas party where I work. For those of you who have no idea what I am writing about, I will gie you a brief description of each moviette. In The Last Leaf a young woman who is sick believes that as the leaves fall so will her life and as the last leaf falls she will die Enter an old man with a secret talent... In The Cop And The Anthem all "Soapy wnats is a warm spot to spend the Winter even if that is jail... add in a church a change of heart and fate.... In The Ransom of Red Chief the worst boy in the town is kidnapped.... Oh his poor would be kidnappers and their sure fire money making crime.... In The Gift Of The Magi. a poor young couple sacrife their greatest materil treasures for love...
