CHEDDAR ROSEMARY MUFFINS

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 egg

1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

Heat oven to 400 degreesn. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Combine milk, butter and egg in small bowl until well mixed. Add to flour mixture; stir just untilmoistened. Gently stir in cheese and rosemary.

Spoon batter into greased or paperlined 12 cup muffin pan. bake for 13 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm.

Makes 1 dozen muffins.
