I don't live in that area, but it's good of you to make this post. I really hate seeing animals outside in bad weather. Especially dogs tied up in the snow. It really ticks me off.  |

Same here Medusa well not in the 50's but it is 8 here now and supposed to be 38 wednesday! Crazy weather!! I have birds so they are always indoors!!  |
