The first time you left your kid with someone...................B. Monkey

I remember about a month ago I took my doggy Frankenstein to get groomed/nails cut/flea dip (for $15 a VERY good price). I went to the pet store that does this and it was around 1pm and they said see you at 6pm. 6pm...what??? I had to leave him alone! Oh no!

I called my mom and I said, well although I am not the mother to a human I think I am feeling what you probably felt the first time you left me somewhere. She said well don't let him go from fountain to fountain. 'Fountain to Fountain'? I was wondering if this was some kind of old saying or something

My mom said when she picked me up from the nursery after my first day there I went from one water fountain to the other that was on the other side of the room, back and forth back and forth. So after I guess I don't know 3 times she had to put it to a stop because she had to go and the whole time while driving back I beat my head against the door because I was mad. Now that's funny.

(You know those HUGE plastic puzzle pieces that could go together as blocks and such that were big back then?) And started screaming bloody murder and crying. LOL....Uh huh....ah the days of preschool....

Date: 12/16/2004 11:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 53836    I haven't had a baby sitter in ages and ages...Even though sometimes I wanna pull my hair out, I just can't bare them getting hurt on someone else's watch...they are probably over protected. I finally started letting my two older boys walk about a football field's distance down the road and up the drive of their bus pal's house...and do you know what? They call me, even if they are only allowed to play 45 minutes, they just can't bare being away, LOL...it's bad
Date: 12/16/2004 11:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 12341    Quite natural, who hasn't been there? We stress regardless of who watches over our loved one.

Date: 12/17/2004 12:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 61999    My daughter is 6mos old and I'm about to have to return to work. I leave her with my mother whenever SHE's working from home, but that's rare... well, the first time I did that, she stayed at night at my mom's house. I had a horrible nightmare about one of my irresponsible friends -- let's call her Nette. Well in the dream, Nette had my baby on the handlebars of a 5 speed bicycle and was circling in the street with her in the rain, lol. I was trying to get to them but my other friend, Toy, was holding me there, talking about some BOY I could care less about. Then Nette fell off the bike and my baby fell in a puddle in the middle of the street. Then I saw a red van coming down the hill towards my baby and -- I WOKE UP SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER. I yelled at my husband "Give me the phone!" And called my mother and left a message DEMANDING to know the condition of my child... she was fine, of course. They'd been at church that morning and all was well. YES, I am a lunatic. I take my medication with pride...
Date: 12/22/2004 6:12:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 57232    Mighty Dream Gyrl, we have those dreams for reasons, I'm just glad that she was fine I guess sometime try to post that in the dream interpretation and see what they have to say about that one
