I prefer to, as it taste much better. Fruits & veggie's are excellent in taste & size when they are organic. Meats are less fatty & the animals were treated good & properly fed!

How ever it is so $$$$$$ that it makes ya broke real quick. That's the downfall. Organic food is way spendy yet worth it to me.

So do you buy organic food?----Moon Girl

Date: 12/16/2004 4:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 38849    I don't think I ever have. Of course I don't really pay attention either when I buy food... generally just try to stay with the cheapo stuff as it tastes generally fairly well and works on a college students budget. --
Date: 12/16/2004 4:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 16845    organic rice flour yup!.....

Date: 12/16/2004 5:07:00 PM  From Authorid: 57579    yeah my dad does because he has cancer that was caused by pesticides and insecticides and he doesnt want the same to happen to me but we're starting to buy regular food again
Date: 12/16/2004 5:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 20956    My mum buys organic foods - when i lived at home its all we really ate. The meat is beautiful. Since i've moved out i havent really had the cash, but i have reletives that own a big farm and grow oranges, nectarines, peaches, avocardos, apricots, lemons, plus have sheep and chickens, so they give alot of stuff which so fresh and yummy! plus they 'share farm' with other farmers in the area, meaning my uncle might give a guys a heap of peaches when they're in season and the guy will give him a heap of onions and pototoes. Which we get some off too. Works well and tastes nice fresh
Date: 12/16/2004 5:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 3835    It is usally organic food when it comes to fruits and vegetables. I use the stuff called "Fit " to wash them off though, and remove the germs from handling while on route to my home. There is a definite taste difference when I use that "fit " and when I do not use it and just wash it off under tap water. As for the meat, well.. I would not know, do not eat it.
Date: 12/16/2004 5:40:00 PM  From Authorid: 3835    Oh, that "Fit " also removes pesticides too.
Date: 12/16/2004 5:52:00 PM  From Authorid: 57232    The $$ is what stopped me, but I did for a little bit.
Date: 12/16/2004 6:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 11097    Hi Moon Girl! I dont think I ever have.... but after reading many of the comments I am going to try it and Im sure it is much healthier too!
Date: 12/16/2004 6:47:00 PM  From Authorid: 31255    Yes, all the food I eat is mostly organic too, many chemicals in processed foods make me a lil sick.
Date: 12/16/2004 8:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 26452    I try, and I'd like to, but its just sooooo expensive!
Date: 12/17/2004 12:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 61999    I buy the organic baby food for my daughter. My mother didn't know what organic meant and said she'd thought it was bad, for some reason...
Date: 9/26/2011 2:45:00 PM  From Authorid: 25390    Aww Rose. Rest in peace, honey.
