I asked my husband of nearly 46yrs what he would like for Christmas....I've run out of all surprises for him now LOL!!...and he says he doesn't want anything, that I'm enough!! now it was very sweet of him to say that, BUT!!he says that every year, and I still get him something...So now I have to think fast like pronto as to what to get him...I suppose I could wrap myself up in a big red bow LOL!!!So, tell me, what have you got or are getting for your partners!!!!!

Luv and Peace....Zema

Date: 12/10/2004 11:18:00 PM  From Authorid: 53961    Well, he doesn't know that he is MY special someone. I'm still working on that one! lol! But, with my friend I am putting together 30 containers of various frozen soups, casseroles, and some sweets, as well. I am going to box it up and keep it frozen until I know he is home (he leaves to visit his kids in December) and then I am going to take it over to him. I'm working through the stomach to get to the heart of this man! lol! Oh, and the Turkey Noodle Soup in a few of these containers was made from the turkey he left on my doorstep before Thanksgiving! (Calla saw him drive off - *giggles*) Zema you are so talented with your handicrafts. Have you made him a throw for his favorote chair? Does he have one of your gorgeous hats and scarfs? How about a new pillow with a pillowcase with "Her's" embroidered on it for him to remember who to dream about? I'm in to personal things this year. I'm sure whatever you do he will love it!
Date: 12/10/2004 11:38:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 42945    Freaq!! we are not allowed to own guns over here unless we are in the rural areas and we dont have hunting seasons like you do over there...in the country areas, where the farms are, they are allowed to have some firearms but have to be registered....he has fishing rods and all the gear to go with it...and I would definately get him something as he says the same thing every year lol!!we hope to travel around Australia sometime in the near future, maybe I could get him some gear for that, you know like a couple of new lamps, we hope to have a caravan by then so I suppose something in that line...Paula!! thats a great idea you have for your man hunny, yep, that old saying the way to a mans heart is through his stomach lol!!!!he was looking at a Tent and Sleeping Bag set the other day, maybe he wants to camp out along the way round Australia as well...by gee your man was thoughtful leaving a turkey for you hun on Thanksgiving....don't you just love em???....hugs

Date: 12/11/2004 6:40:00 AM  From Authorid: 48809    I would like to add one more suggestion to your list Zema... why not give your honey a kiss? Many years later, I still remember this at Christmas time.
