When will I have a chance to go out with this guy that I kind of like? He always asks what I'm doing, but he never asks to do anything together. He used to call me all the time just to say hi or see what's up, but ever since we've gotten closer, he never calls anymore. I know it's not that he doesn't want to (I've hung out with him before and we've been friends for a long time)...is he scared or something? It seems like we both like each other, but am I wrong? Why doesn't he call anymore and why have we never gotten a chance to hang out yet?
