I just found this recipe tonite and made them, they are kinda crumbly but they taste SOOOOOOO good!
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup coconut
Mix all ingredients together and drop onto a lightly greased cookie sheet bake at 350 degrees,for 10 minutes.
