Try seeing a counseler, a Psychologist who can help listen to you and help you overcome whatever is causing you to have these feelings. I know that you said you have seen therapists, but you need someone who can help you and truly listen. See another Doctor and even another, until you feel like you have found someone who can help.  |

very positive. group therapy can be a BIG HELP in these matters. try to get some kind of support system and a relapse provention plan together. above all, remember: you deserve to be happy.  |

Good for you Lia!!! I have been thinking about you so much lately, I know that you have been feeling down. I'm sorry that I can't be here more to talk..but I do think about you!! You are a GREAT person and you can accomplish anything you want in life, and you will be better!! Please do keep trying the therapy though..if one doesn't work try another.
