!STRANGE DREAM OF STRANGE WRITING ON WALLS *FREAKY:s*

I'm not sure how to explain this, but I keep having weird dreams about waking up, and when I do i'm in some type of room that looks like mine but its really bright, and there's bright lights coming threw holes in the wall everywhere and i can't move, when i awake, i see strange numbers on the walls which i can't explain or read, they appera to be writing of some sort that flash's rapidly for a few seconds, then disapears as i fully wake up. This has been ongoing, another weird thing that happened was i felt paraysed in my bed and some type of entity was at the food of my bed holding my feet down which seemed like, but they appear to be only dreams, but everytime i wake up, i see the same writing on the walls, for a few seconds, the room is usually dark, like it is in my bedroom, or extremely bright, generally i can't move while in the dream, anyone have any idea how to explain a dream like that? Its not common for me to have dreams like that.
