Hmmm, that is a little strange..LOL..Kind of gave me the creeps reading it to be honest..WHY would they invite people into their bedroom? I dunno, but my bedroom is my sanctuary. MY space. Not for anyone else. I dont bring guests into that room at all. I read in there, sleep in there, and spent time with my husband in there..LOL |

LadyLuck, that's how I feel about my room. It is mine and my husbands private space. The kids hardly even come in. I can't imagine eating in my bed either! Who wants to sleep in a place where food could possibly have been spilled? |

Oh that is just WEIRD!! I mean, when I was still living at home, I practically lived in my room. It was big, though, and was like a studio apt except no kitchen. But, these people have the room to move around, and choose to stay in their room all day? Hmm.. |

I feel really uncomfortable when I am there just because I'm not used to visiting people in there room. It's funny though, when I was there friday I was bringing their teenager home and had to speak to the mother..I had my daughter and another teenager with me--my daughter and the other girl walked right to the bedroom like it was normal, which in this case it is I guess. I always lag behind hoping they'll come out of the room and not make me go in. The room is really smokey and they've invited me to smoke too, I just don't feel right doing it. I don't even smoke in my own bedroom muchless someone elses and in there bed to top it off! |

Hey, I've met plenty of people like this. I suppose alot people can't afford an extra room for hobbies and thus double their bedroom. I do. I wouldn't be too alarmed unless anything, and I mean anything of a sexual nature to you, sets your alarms. You are not obliged to visit other people in their homes! My livingroom is usually filled with children..my son and his friends. They like playing games and PS2 and such, so I always have a house full. I also have a fireplace and two couches and two chairs in my bedroom so I suppose it doesn't seem so 'seductive?' as a typical bedroom. But I guess what I'm saying is that there are people who just plain enjoy spending all their free time in the bedroom. Hey man! Even John and Yoko did it! LOL |

My bedroom is my private place. I sleep.....and spend time withhubby there...I may turn on the tv occasionally but not very often. As for inviting people into my room....I don't think so. Even my daughter has to knock on the door and wait to be told she can come in....She wont even go into my room if I tell her she can...usually when she needs something like paper (I have a huge storage closet) and other things...or I tell her it's on my dressers....go pick it up..she says nope you go |

LOL Morning Glory, next time I'll just imagine the two of them as John and Yoko! In your case, I think it's a little different. You have a seating area and fireplace, your guests don't have to sit on your bed. I really don't get any kind of seductive feeling in there room, I think it is just how they are and it is odd by my standards. |

That would just make me really uncomfortable. To me, that area is the owner's personal business.. I wouldn't feel right going in there. That's just me. All I do is watch tv or sleep in my bedroom. Then again, I feel too closed in if I'm in my room, or house, for that matter. Some people are just incredibly open. *shrugs* |

our bedroom is for entertaining guests. KIDDIN!! my daughter doesn't even go into our room that often. well, unless she is in there to "borrow" jewlery! every once in a while she will come in at bed time and sit on the bed and talk for a few minutes but that's about it. we never have friends over while we are in bed! DISCLAIMER: if george strait shows up......all rules change!! |

That's pretty strange..I'd feel uncomfortable doing it. I hang out in my room a lot, but that's because there's nothing else to do. I don't have people visit me in it though.. |
