I watched The Biggest Loser last night. I thought it was interesting. I'm glad to see people wanting to change their lives for the better. It's got to take a lot of will power to not eat all that yummy food that they are exposed to all the time! I didn't know He's a Lady was on last night, I really want to see it! I am such a reality t.v. junkie. I know most of it is staged, but I still like it!  |

the biggest loser looks so stupid. he's a lady is one of the funniest shows around. my lil bro and i were watching it last night and we were amazed on how three of the guys actually did look like true women after the makeovers! it was so weird!

I only saw the Biggest Loser. And it made me mad. I think they are putting those overweight people in danger. You don't just take someone who is used to a sedentary couch potato lifestyle and start putting their bodies through this rigorous boot camp style exercising. Its not safe. They should build themselves up at a slower pace. This show doesn't seem to be about improving anyone's health and I think thats sad. Plus losing such large amounts of weight that fast isn't good either.  |
