I don't know...I lived in Utah for a year and a half and they didn't understand some "basics" of knowledge. No offense, I'm sure there are some very smart people there though. I just can't believe they're above many other states on the list. LOL  |

LOL...interesting..I have to question Maine being #11 though..(no offense to anyone in Maine) I live right next to the Maine border and I know that the school system over there sucks big time. My Cousin sends his Daughter here to Canada to go to the school so she can actually LEARN.  |
