This is a most sensual dessert.
1 basket strawberries
1 mango
2-4 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pound soft tofu
Peel mango and cut off the meat. Put all ingredients except the strawberries into the blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Slice strawberries and mix into mango mousse. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
