that is what it is like to live in the city i guess. we have to pay for garbage service whether we use it or not. we pay recycling pickup even though we don't use it. the city makes us. no choice involved. she should be able to try and save money though if she can.  |

I will update if the news sends out one  I just don't think if she is not using the service,she should not have to pay,it seems unfair,but many wil say to that ..life itself is not fair. They have to make money somewhere huh ? I feel bad for her,especially reusing garbage so she does not have to put any out. |
