I guess it's because animals are such simpler creatures than humans, especially in the mind. When you leave your house without giving a clear reason, and then returning hours to days later, a human might be quite angry with you. "How dare you take off like that? Where have you been so long?!" Of course your pet will just run up and have nothing but happiness to see you again.  |

Animals are certainly nice. But I receive much more love and support from people I think. Granted, I did like the argument above that animals are much "simplier" than humans. While different, both offer a certain sense of filling something that might be missing. --  |

animals, definitely. i always tell my friends that when it comes to giving money to the children in third world countries or giving money to save animals from abusive owners, I'm much more inclined to give for the animals. At least they would be grateful and just show love instead of backstabbing you, like most humans do.  |

I perfer human companyionship they talk back you can have a convosation with other people and you relate. but animals are cool in the sense that they don't judge you I will always love that in animals.  |
