2 Cans Progresso artichoke hearts 1 bottle of zesty italian salad dressing 1 container of progresso bread crumbs 1 bag shredded parmesian cheese 1 container grated parmesian cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Cut artichoke hearts into fours in casserole dish. Add all ingrediants, and then mush and mix all together with hands. (Yes, I know it's messy, but after you've done it a few times it won't bother you) you shoulda seen my face the first time I made it and my mom said to use my hands... ugh! lol Anyway, after everythings all mushed and mixed, even out the top, spread it all even... then what I like to do, is sprinkle a little more bread crumbs and GRATED cheese across the top... just makes it kinda pertty... Then place in oven and bake at 350 for 15-20 min... until top is golden brown. Makes decent size casserole dish, and it's very delicious!! I've had many friends try it and ask for the recipe.

Take care, Rachel
