i think its a good idea, but i also think because of the amount of members on this site, that the server/servers would beterribly slowed down even more than they are now, trying to get a count going of all who is here, everytime someone changes a pages (sometimes 30,000 at once) that would be to great a workload on the server to actually show it on everyones screen. Maybe if there was a link to a count, that would be a good idea, but I thinnk even on my fast cable modem, i already see the server slow real bad during peaks times, and this would just add another huge workload to an already chugging system. But none the less I like the idea, just not sure if it can be handeled.  |
