It began as a serious alert...the Russians maybe...
The wealthy climbed down to their stocked safety chambers, the poor huddled together under their tables praying, crying...professing such moments of love.
Then it happened...The big one, well, ten. And then terrorists flew in taking down remaining sources of power such as electric polls, phone towers, contamenating water sources...the ones that were left.
When the wealthy families first started crawling out of their safe underground stockpiles, they realized the reach of the devestation. Nothing was left except each families stock piles. No one thought to stock seeds, so there was no hope for future crops on the barren land...
End of vision.
