Wow! That's a great bargain! I wouldn't say I'm a bargain shopper, but I do hit the clearance racks every chance I get. I got a couple shirts from PacSun for $5 that were normally 20 something, and I got a bunch of stuff from Target that was 50% off. I love clearance! lol  |

that was a bargin! good going! i usually go overboard at Christmas. i have soooo many kids to buy for. i have already told most people that things were going to be different this year! like it or not if you are not a kid you get nothing! i have 25+ kids to buy for! it's crazy! i am cutting some of the kids this year. the ones i never see except at Christmas get nothing! i know that sounds mean but my daughter is going to start nursing school in april and she wants to quit her job and go to school fill time so i am going to need the money!  |

I just bought a pink Cashmere sweater with faux diamond buttons at Express. I've been eyeing it for weeks because I work there. I resisted the temptation to buy it because it was $88, even with my discount it was still more than I wanted to spend on a single item. Imagine my excitement when it went on sale today for $39.99.  |

Ghost chick i meant $15 $18 dollars, sorry I was so excited I threw it together. I hit the clearence rack alot too. Target has the best clearence, I usually by the kids backpacks for the next year for $2-$3 ones that are usually $15-$20. I bought our pool for next year that was $29.99 for only $4.98. I look at these things as little blessings to my family, because it's the only way we can afford these little extras.
Moma Bug I understand the kids that only come around at christmas or rather the kids who don't apriciate. I use to buy easter baskets and valentines balloons, halloweeen baskets all kinds off stuff for all my neices and nephews untill my brother re married a spoiled wife with 3 spoiled kids who turn their nose up at everything. I don't even have the desire as much any more because they ruined it for me. I went out of my way to treat them the same but they are just too snotty. The only reason they get anything at christmas is because I get for every one else and I don't want to punsih them for how they where raised. Last year I spent $30 to buy them hip hop twister, which was hard to find that time of year and i was so proud that I got it for them and then several months later we had a family dinner and they where told to go play a game with the other kids. ( they had forgotten I had been the one to get the game) and went on to say that was the only game they had and they did'nt want to play it because it sucked so bad. When I pointed out that I had bought it for them and only because I thought thats what they really wanted, they did'nt even apologize for being rude. So I don't put alot of effort into their gifts, but i do get them something comparable to the rest of the kids, because like I said they should have been raised better.
