Well, let me first tell you all, I was ok during all of this EXCEPT drinking the stuff they wanted me to. Called gastroview. OMG the WORST stuff in the world. I could NOT do it. I tried. I took a few GOOD gulps, but I quit. Never again. I told my Doc I would not put myself though that, tumor or no. No way. So I get there to the hospital, yup, they made me drink more of it, BUT it was alot less of a dose and they mixed it with crystal light. Not so bad. I sucked it down REALLY fast. I went into the scanner, got the contrast, told the nurse I would be back repetidly over the winter to get that all over HOT feeling daily if they would let me. She laughed. It was all over, but wow. No more Gastroview. Hubby took a small sip to see what all the fuss was about. LOL, his face was priceless. He understood then.
