I wear only eye liner and mascara, I don't wear anything else. I personally don't find the point in putting loads of make up on to impress men and other people that I barely know....I have my friends, they like me for me, so I don't find a need to plaster myself up. If someone's going to like me, they can like me the way I like myself, natural, and if they don't, well, why should I care....>>shrugs<< That's my point of view for ya. hehe.  |

Girls who wear make-up are wasting time on money to hide their true selves, when it's inevitable that we'll see them without anyway. It's a shame people find it necessary. The majority of girls I am friends with are girls who do not wear make-up, mostly because I like people who aren't afraid to be themselves. -  |

I don't wear too much make-up. I have reasons for wearing mine ;P I wear eye shadow just because I like it and I don't need mascara but I wear it just because they eye shadow I wear gets on my lashes and makes em all shiny, so I put a bit of mascara on. Then, I put on face powder from the compact thing so my face doesnt look so shiny. So, overall I barely wear any and you can't even tell except for the eye shadow. My bf likes the natural look .. I don't think he is all for make-up   |

My boyfriend says that he likes girls without a lot of makeup. He actually gets mad at me when I wear it, because according to him I'm prettier without it. He says that it shows the girl's personality if she wears a lot of it. Girls that can't live without it, are insecure of who they are and very self consious. Girls that don't or wear very little, are true to themselves. They happily embrace who they are and what they look like without having to change themselves. If a girl is confident enough to wear little to none is more attractive. I've actually had times when him and I were going on a date and he was early and seen what I looked like. He told me right away to take it off. My guy friends seem to agree with him. I have to say, he makes me feel like the most beautiful girl on earth even when I don't think so myself. I love having someone like that in my life.  Good post!  |

My wife has only wore makeup three time that was the first time we met, when we got married and when we just had some new pictures taken she looks so much better with out it. Women who wear a lot of makeup are trying to hide something you don't need it. Look natural.  |

I only wear eye liner and lip gloss...If I want a guy to be attracted to me I wont go over board...Ill just be myself...and I dont want him to scream bloody murder when my makeup comes off. show your true self and no one can fall in love with anything artificial  |

I wear make-up, just not AALLLL the time. I go au naturel a lot, too, I don't die or anything if someone sees me without it either. It just depends on the day, where I'm going, etc. (if I will wear any or how much). Mainly to enhance and play up features, nothing wrong with that, not everyone has to wear it. That's why there's different folks for different tastes  |

Your friend will change her tune in a few years when she gets pregnant. I did.....LOL! wouldn't leave the house without it now I really could care less.......When I did/do wear it I wear it for ME though....not for anyone else...guess I just hate my freckles and like to have them covered *Shrugs* and make my eyes pop. I don't see it as a waste of time...takes me five minutes or money don't have to buy that often....*Shrugs* SO I guess when I do normally wear it on a daily basis it's not over the top!  |

I wear eye liner not everyday though and sometimes eye shadow and lip gloss but never lip stick or foundation cause that stuff is gross. I do not know what the guys thinks of it but I wear my eye liner cause I like it I just like it it is not a matter of what other people think I just like getting dressed up and stuff it is fun.  |

Personally, I always perferred women who use little to no makeup. It's OK if you use it sparingly but far to many girls/women wear way too much.  |

I absolutely love my makeup, but I'm comfortable enough to go out without it. I used to go through the whole process every day-foundation, powder, eyeshadow, liner, mascara, lip stick and then gloss, and never went a day in high school without it. In college, though, no one really cares; just role out of bed and go to class! :-) So now, unless I really feel like dressing up or something, I put on only powder and mascara. ~Becky  |

I only wear makeup to cover up my zits when I have them so I can look natural...haha...Other than that, mascara maybe once a week. I don't really like the feel of artifical things on me...especially my face...ugh  |

The girls who change their entire face with make-up, that I don't like, and neither do any of my many guy friends, they HATE it when a girl piles on the make-up. I believe in ENHANCING my features, not making fake ones, and from what my guy friends have told me, thats what they like best. I wear very natural make up, for example, I get alot of compliments on my eyes, so instead of taking attention away from them with weird colors, I wear a shimmery color thats my skin tone, brown eyeliner, and mascara. Its only to brighten my eyes, and that I think is fine, its just when people go way overboard it looks bad.  |

I always wear my makeup and never leave the home without it. It isn't for everyone else but more like for myself. It gives me confidence and makes me feel better. Unsure of what my husband thinks, but he has never mentioned it as a problem to me before I have even worn it to bed!  Funny thing is though, i dont have bad skin.. but anyway.  |

A lot of make-up (and you can tell when this is the case) puts me off more than it attracts me. I prefer girls to wear maybe just a tocuh of make-up, or none at all. If they are going out to a fancy occasion that's different, but too much make-up isn't something I find that appealing. Depends on the person though, and obviously sometimes it is a confidence thing - Makepeace |

I don't think guys in general like girls with a lot of makeup on, from the comments I've heard from them they don't like it...a little can enhance the beauty of ones eyes, lips or a little blush to enlighten the cheek bone area..I wear eye makeup and lipstick, but no foundation, always have. The reason I do not wear foundation is that I'm a person who feels the heat a great deal of the time and foundation seems to make it worse and I sweat on the face..so its a no no for me..  |
