Yeah money is pretty evil. It can end friendships, destroy marriages, and generally just bring out the absolute worst in people. But it's something that everyone needs. And when used correctly it can also bring alot of joy and happiness to alot of people. Double edged sword really when you think about it. ~Take Care~  |

it's a tool-- and a very useful one. Instead of trading animal pelts and chickens, we have these compact pieces of paper to carry around with us-- much more convenient, not to mention easier on the back. So some people put too much of an emphasis on it and blow its significance out of proportion. That's their problem, not money's. I think things are much nicer with money-- we don't have to worry about hunting our food or farming it, so we can have just enough not to starve to death over the winter. And shortage is a part of life. Nothing would mean anything if everything came easily to us.  |

money might rule our lives in this modern day we need it to buy food and stuff so no one can live without it. although it might control our destiny their is one thing it can not buy. happynes. trust me it is true I have seen alot of depressed ritch people and I know some happy people who may not have the most money but they still love their life.  |

I agree with MollyCat. Money is but a tool...to see it as evil is to be blind to the influence we ourselves apply to it. There is no 'good' or 'bad' value in it...only that which we give it by how we use it. Personally...I have no issues with money...it finances my lifestyle just dandy thanks. Peace,  |
