Well, ever since it was in a newspaper article here a while back about how the paramedics of a nearby county let the doner "die", just so they could have the needed body parts, and saved those that are not doners, I find being an organ doner a crazy thing to do.. I am not giving part of me away after reading that.. maybe that was an isolated incident, and I am being selfish, but it makes one ponder what really could happen when you are under the impression they are there to help save your life... and do nothing to help you because your driver's license says "doner". That is just sick..  |
