Sorry it has taken so long for an update, but work and weather, as well as helping plan my 25th year class reunion, have kept MsPriss and I very busy lately.
The Alabama reunion is still planned for the first weekend in June at Oak Mountain State Park. The cost for a pavilion is minimal, and we should be able to get confirmation on a pavilion within the next two weeks. Once we get confirmation, we will have a meeting in Chat 2 so that we can start working out details. I will also be putting up a website so that we will have a central location to keep everyone up to date on what is happening.
There are no plans to charge fees for the reunion, although the park does have a $2 per person entrance fee. We will be working off of donations, and will have an address to send donations to once we get our website up. Once we see how the doantions go, then we can work out concerns such as food and refreshments.
