everything that is matter has energy. Elementals rely on the elements to give them energy for what they do. About psi vamps, some people don't know that they are one... I'm not exactly sure how they do it... but i would guess like you would aquire energy from any other thing. Just focus on the energy seeping into your body... Like as if Fog surrounds you and it slowly trickles into your pours... Many psi vamps can do you it through eye contact, touch, or even possibly standing next to you. They thrive off human live force. I have not personally met one before, but i do have a psi shield that protects me from them. I used to practice elemental psi minipulation, but later found that working with the mind(telepathy, empathy, etc. ) is better for me. There are several sites about psi minipulation... just research it.  |

there eas a story on here once about an indian man who lived for 400 something days with no food . he said that he would stand bare foot and stare at the sun for an hour at sunrise and an hour at sun setdrawing all the energy he needed from the sun.as for psychic vampires ,thats not something you want to be ,just learn to spot them and avoid being drained . here is a book that I have not read but seems good ,POSITIVE ENERGY.

People can be psychic vampires but most cases they are not consciously draining your energy. They do it without knowing it. Sprit beings can also be psychic vampires. They just draw in your energy leaving your feeling weak, drained, most times depressed. This is where shielding becomes a valuable technique to learn and use if your feel you’re a victim of psychic vampirism.
