Oh I plan on it Base. The lady I spoke with was very rude..basically told me that I had every right to appeal, but that the board would not overturn her decision..ugh |

Thanks Merc..Yea I liked the JOB itself..I just didnt like the enviroment..some of the coworkers..but I will survive..LOL..I was hoping to get out of the physical labour part though..*sigh*..As for the UI..yea Im fighting it..They cannot have one set of rules for one and a whole other set for another..especially when the circumstances are exactly the same. They are basing it on ONE persons opinion..VERY wrong IMO |

They do everything they can do discourage you... My mom used to be a claims examiner for MESA and it's standard training for them to tell you that their decision won't be overturned. Kinda like insurance companies giving you the run around and denying your legitimate claim until you get so frustrated that you just give up... all part of the government rigamaroll. |
